These things keep showing up year after year. What are the chances that they are real or that someone is manufacturing them to sell to the market?

The silver is suspect. Silver did not figure into the vampire legend until well after "The Wolfman" movie appeared in 1941. Anyone claiming to be selling an 18th century vampire-hunting kit that contains silver is pulling your leg.
