Gregor Samsa awoke in a point-and-click game

Kafkamesto is a Web-based adventure game, avowedly taking place in the world of Franz Kafka.  Explore claustrophobic spaces, surly neighbors, tyrannical bosses, cryptic conversations, and a threateningly German expressionist environment.  The rumbling, ominous, brooding soundtrack sets the tone, with an odd mix of alt.guitar, industrial, and folk influences.  Each room sways and shifts, disorienting our perspective.  It's happily frustrating and labyrinthine:
