The great firewall of high scores: China versus too much gaming
Fears of cyberspace lead to policies: China cuts down on computer gaming hours by requiring companies to install cut-offs, citing cyberaddiction.
Determined gamers who play for more than five hours will get no points at all and face an on-screen warning that they are entering "unhealthy game time".
This, despite the fact that this addiction model is, at best, controversial and unproven.
(I like the way that translation cuts two ways. Sign me up for the unhealthy games, please!)
