18th-century murder mystery game from Channel 4

Bow Street Runner is a browser game from Radio Channel 4, where you attempt to solve mysteries in 18th-century London.  You're an agent of Judge Fielding, and the world is dark, seamy, and violent.
Gameplay is a mix of point-and-click mystery with role-playing.  Static exploratory scenes alternate with live-action video.
