More Anonymous versus Scientology

The phantasmal war of Anonymous and Scientology continues.

• More than one hundred Floridians protested a Scientology center in Orlando (YouTube).  This might be a sample of the February 10 events.
• The Eidolon AI TLP project has thrown its/his/their support behind Anonymous (YouTube).
  
• There's talk of some anti-Scientology books to be developed online, probably en-Wiki.
• The Project Chanology wiki offers more updates, news, and projects.
• More mainstream coverage from the Guardian.

OK, rather than escalate this seems to be getting sillier.

I'd suggest a conscious choice on the part of scientology to make themselves look victimized at this point, trying to gain sympathy for their freaky space-alien pseudo-fundraising-theology stuff.

I can guarantee you, anyone who thought they had the scientologists "on the run" would be crowing more loudly, and isn't it strange that they all (on both sides) seem to be such expert hackers that they can get into each others' sites at will?

Does that mark poor security, underestimation of a foe, or simply having both sites' password easily accessible? I suspect it's the latter if anything--unless the same person is handling webmaster duties for both sites...which would not be at all surprising.

This is seeming more likely all the time. Overboard production is the key. All three video voices are widely different, and the styles are too. That can only be intentional now.

I think we're being played by the scientologcreeps. I hope the fraud is exposed soon. They deserve no less.

In the meantime, I'm going to blame the whole thing on them and their attempt to gain sympathy. I think they're playing both sides, and "Anonymous" doesn't exist. Let's see some IP records. Let's see some of the *real* behind-the-scenes stuff that's obviosly happening...whether it's all scientology-instigated or not. We're smart enough to decide for ourselves who's BS-ing.

At least, most of us are.
