    Robot bunny leads home invasion

    This is one oddly disturbing toy.  Behold Nabaztag and his threatening arrival:

    What is he doing with my router?  Who sent him? Who is he working for?

    (thanks to Ed Webb for the warning)

    Eeek! That's one scary toy. And I just got back from a week at my sister's, where I was exposed to more toys than I had seen all year.

    I remember StephTheGeek having one up on her site [before it disappeared]. You could send comments directly to her via the web.

    It was pretty cool!

    @peter

    Sure, it's cool now. But wait until the Russians get bored with Georgia and hack into it and the cute little voice is telling your kids/pets/significant other to chop off your feet and mail them to Canada...

    just installed mine yesterday, his name is nordbert.... it is not so bad of a webgadget, it is very chatty.

    A continually talking electronic toy? I have only one thing to say...

    Sorry, the rabbit died!

    It's staring at me. Please make it stop staring at me.

    @Michael Tinkler, act now to protect your sister.

    @peter naegele, "before it disappeared"? The bunny-thing now targets web sites, too?

    @Ed Webb, steady on, sir. You don't want to exposure yourself to Their gaze yet.

    @jeremy hunsinger, "it is not so bad"? Stop! it's already *in your brain*!

    @Randy, are you sure it did?

    @Rob Vega, just look away, and ye may yet be saved.
