Here's an interesting effect of copyright on social video:
It might be interesting to compare the user experience of such videos with the Second Life phenomenon of exploring large, built spaces without any other avatars.

They stripped the audio off of my video, "A Whole New Nasty World." The video portion also violated copyright, sooooo...why did they leave it?
