It could serve well for any illustration of an aging tyrant, trapped in, yet empowered by, decaying mechanisms of power. Aeons, ruthlessness, and sadness seep from that face, in this image.

It is a haunting image, isn't it? I gather it comes from one of the online jihadist forums.
Chris Anzalone makes something of a specialty of posting jihadist graphics, which are often spectacular, along with their videos and texts -- this just has to be one of the very best.
