We haven't seen any signs of fearing 3d printing yet, but stories like this might indicate some to come. Some eighth-graders are into it:
"I will stab you with flash drives,” Riley tells Vernon, a skinny boy with a braided rattail who shows off a pair of freshly made plastic brass knuckles.
Note the insurgent arts and crafts angle, too:
Vernon says, “I want to print an essay for one of my teachers and hand it in on sheets of plastic instead of paper just to confuse people.”
"'I will stab you with flash drives" is a pretty neat line.

This looks unreal. Really great work on this, I knew 3D printing was going to be something new to me but I didn't expect it to blow my mind. :)
