It's how one blogger describes last week's other cannibalism story, the one concerning a Japanese performer who, ah, fed diners his severed genitals.  ("his", actually, since HC went on with gender reassignment surgery)

Unfortunately, "celebrity cannibalism" does not refer to celebrities eating each other... yet.
