World IP: Japanese arrests

In another datapoint for the global IP wars, two Japanese men were arrested for file-trading.

This reminds us of the American Congress considering criminalizing p2p, and the European version. Remember, too, the MPAA has an international wing, the MPA, including a Japanese office.
