Divorce lawyers are increasingly using Facebook content in court, according to this story. It's unsurprising, really. As we make more content from our daily lives available on that platform, we should expect more of this.
Yet notice that this isn't a typical "fear the internet" story. As usual, Facebook evades this reputation. Instead there's a tone of... regret, or world-weariness.
Notice, too, the lesser numbers for other platforms.

I was struck by the fact that this story also references MySpace, Twitter and WoW.
Although saying you can't fake a page off Facebook betrays a rather surprising attitude, considering what can go into authenticating electronic documents in other types of litigation/eDiscovery environments and other areas of litigation practice.
