A San Francisco school punished three students for Webbing up their criticisms of the school. Interestingly, the administration deemed this cyberbullying.
As Reason points out, there's something sad/comic about those in power (teachers, administrators) invoking legal protection from being "bullied" by those without power (students). The story is also an example of how digital fears migrate from the original location - here, students bullying each other.
