Ghost Food is a provocative project, asking us to imagine some current foods as if they had been rendered extinct as a result of climate change.  It selects cod, peanuts, and chocolate, 

With the help of a wearable smell-dispensing device and an edible textural analogue, GhostFood truck customers will experience a simulation of a future phantom food.

There's something powerfully sad about saying goodbye to trusted and/or beloved food.  Which is the point.
