Clown panic update: Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and one killing

The Great Clown Panic of 2016 continues to spread.  Examples are ramifying.

From Louisiana, a Facebook post by a local reporter claimed clowns were on the way.  Here's the post, followed by the content it refers to:

A central Pennsylvania radio station, WITF, ran a story on the clown frenzy, noting well that "clown sightings" seems to be a term of the season.

Great line from that:

INTERVIEWER: John Wayne Gacy, the serial killer in Chicago, was a professional clown.

CLOWN: He was not a very good professional clown.  I've seen his clown face...

INTERVIEWER: ...he was a very good murderer.

Also in Pennsylvania, a murder allegedly involving someone wearing a clown mask.

It's an Infocult world.  We just describe it.
